Shipping & Return Policy

Back In Time Trading Post will ship your order out within 2 business days of receiving your order. We do mail USPS on all orders unless you have a request for another shipping option such as UPS. Please contact us by phone or the contact us link to request other shipping methods or if you are buying bulk heavy items please contact us as well for shipping options and savings. We do not mail out C.O.D. orders and all shipping is non-refundable on returns.

Please note before ordering that all product that has an aged antiqued look may vary slightly in appearance from the product picture.

If you are not happy with any product received please contact us first by phone or the contact us link before shipping the product back. The item must be returned in the original condition as received and within 10 business days of receipt. We do not refund shipping on returns.

If you receive product that has been damaged in shipping transit keep the original box and product as well as all packing material and contact us immediately by phone or the contact us link.
