Original Old Unused Aunt Jemima Breakfast Club Pinback

ADVERTISING PINBACK, a metal old-fashioned pinback. The original old and unused Aunt Jemima Breakfast Club pinback made by the "Green Duck Co. of Chicago". It also has "Eat A Better Breakfast" with Aunt Jemima in the center. The pinback measures 2 1/4 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches wide. The Chicago World’s Fair was in 1933 therefore, the advertising planners decided to bring the Aunt Jemima character back to life. They then hired Anna Robinson for the part. Anna was described as a large, gregarious woman with the face of an angel. She traveled the country promoting Aunt Jemima until her death in 1951.
