Large Glass Advertising Counter Jar Big Stick Candy

COUNTER JAR, that is a replica of a Black Americana advertising piece. The jar is a large heavy clear glass counter jar with glass lid & plastic seal. The front has "T. Bone's 1 Cent Big Stick Candy" with a Black Man playing a trombone and "3 Flavors Cherry, Lemon, Grape".  The counter jar measures 9 1/2 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide. The majority of black memorabilia was produced from the 1920's through the 1950's, however, some items do date as far back as the Civil War era. Today it is difficult to believe that what we see was a legimate advertisment for those times. It seems the more absurd the better in many cases.
