Cast Iron Grizzly Bear Still Coin Bank

STILL BANK, that is a replica of a John Harper & Co. coin bank. The bank is a Grizzly Bear rearing up on its hind paws and growling. It measures 6 inches tall, 2 3/4 inches wide and is 2 inches deep. John Harper was the foremost producer of still and mechanical banks in England between 1910 and 1925. Harper produced cast iron banks from the 1890's through 1953, the last being the Crown and Thrown bank produced to commemorate Elizabeth II's coronation.
